
Hoje nasce uma partilha entre o blogue das
histórias em 77
palavras e a
Liga Portuguesa contra as Doenças Reumáticas e o seu
Núcleo da Dor. Pretende-se que seja uma partilha de vitórias ou momentos divertidos
escritos por pessoas que sofrem de doenças reumáticas. Será uma iniciativa com
vários países, sem fronteiras – só precisamos de nos unir em torno das
histórias que nos transformaram ou ajudaram. Tem uma doença destas a viver
dentro de si? Venha daí!
Começo com uma das que mais me divertiu:
Nove da manhã, ia como escritora a uma escola e, como
sempre, a biblioteca era no primeiro andar. Para ajudar à dificuldade em andar
com a rigidez, somavam-se os rostos dos meninos do pré-escolar, perfilados no
corrimão. Fiquei sem saber como subir, mas ainda tentei. A certa altura,
ouve-se um miúdo:
– Olha, eu acho que ela está avariada!
Risota total, descontracção total e uma onda de
solidariedade. Acabei a subir de braço dado com uma das professoras…

Today we
begin a partnership between the blog stories in 77 words and the Portuguese League against RheumaticDiseases and its Patient Group of Chronic Pain. We want
to share stories of success or funny moments. It will be an initiative without frontiers.
Every patient suffering from rheumatic diseases is invited to send one or more stories
– we just need to share those moments that made us feel good. Do you have such
a disease? Join us!
I start
with one that was quite funny:
Nine o’clock
in the morning. I was visiting a school as a writer. As always, the library was
on the first floor. Good grief! Adding to the stiffness and pain were the faces
of pre-school children, gathering against the handrail. I didn’t know how to go
up the stairs, but tried. Suddenly, one child shouts:
– I think she's
broken!
A big and
relaxing laughter smoothed the scene. I ended arm in arm with one of the
teachers...
